Where the saving shows up: your margin
Service gross margin is your service revenue minus the direct cost of delivering it. Engineers are part of that direct cost, so a lower cost per engineer lifts margin without changing what your clients pay.
Lower delivery cost
Each dedicated engineer is a fixed monthly price, with recruitment, supervision, equipment and leave cover included.
Senior time on senior work
Clear L1 and L2 scopes move routine tickets away from your most expensive engineers, freeing them for projects and complex work.
Capacity that grows with you
Add an engineer for a known monthly cost when the work is there, without a long local hiring process or extra overheads.
Numbers you can check
SLA response, first-contact resolution and client satisfaction are measured from the pilot, so you can see whether the service is paying off.
This is a guide, not a guarantee. Your result depends on your pricing, ticket volumes and client mix.
