Our roots, your team
Logicsphere was founded by an Australian with Sri Lankan roots. We chose Colombo because we know its people, its work ethic and its potential, and we want to build something that benefits both countries.
Why it's personal
Our founder, Wasim Sadath, is an Australian and Sri Lankan citizen who has worked in Australian IT for many years.
Building the team in Sri Lanka will create skilled, well-paid careers at home, while giving Australian MSPs a team he can personally stand behind.
From launch, he will be based in Colombo, working alongside the team every day, and will visit Australia often to meet clients.

Sri Lanka is 4.5–5.5 hours behind Melbourne, so the Melbourne evening falls in the normal Sri Lankan working day, and early shifts can cover Australian mornings.
English for business
English is the constitutional link language, and it's widely used in business, IT and higher education.

Sri Lanka has one of the highest literacy rates in South Asia, and its universities and private institutes produce IT graduates every year.
Real cost savings
Lower living costs mean an engineer here can cost 50–60% less than an equivalent local hire, without lowering the standard of work.
