About this policy

This policy explains how Logicsphere handles personal information collected through logicsphere.com.au. We aim to follow the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles, and Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act.

What we collect

We collect only what we need:

  • Contact form details: your name, company, email, phone (optional), number of staff, topic and message.
  • Spam protection: Cloudflare Turnstile checks your browser to confirm a real person is using the form.
  • Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics gives us anonymous page statistics. It doesn't use cookies.

Why we collect it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a call, prepare a ticket-data review or consider a job application. We use analytics to understand how the site is used and improve it. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Cookies and browser storage

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. If you dismiss our free ticket-data review offer, your browser remembers that on your own device so we don't show it again.

Where it is stored and processed

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Form messages are delivered by Resend to our Microsoft 365 mailbox. These providers may store or process information in Australia, the United States and other countries.

Logicsphere operates from Colombo, Sri Lanka, so your information may also be accessed there. When we send information overseas, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is handled in line with the Australian Privacy Principles, including Australian Privacy Principle 8.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of our dealings, generally no more than two years. Unsuccessful job applications are deleted once the role is filled, unless you ask us to keep them. We then delete the information securely.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Complaints

If you are concerned about how we have handled your information, please email us first so we can try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, or the Data Protection Authority of Sri Lanka.
