After-hours and weekend cover
Evening is our strongest shift, because the Melbourne evening is a normal Sri Lankan working day. Overnight and weekend shifts add to that cover, and you can combine shifts to build extended or 24/7 cover. Your own on-call stays in place for anything that needs it.

Which shift should we start with?
Most MSPs should look at evening first, as it is our strongest shift. Your ticket data will show whether overnight or weekend shifts are worth adding.
How do we get 24/7 cover?
By combining shifts. Business day, evening, overnight and weekend shifts together cover the full week, and each shift needs its own rostered engineers.
What happens with a P1 after hours?
Our target is a 15-minute response, with immediate escalation to your on-call.
