Services

Monitoring and alert triage

Our engineers watch your RMM and NOC alerts across servers, firewalls, Microsoft 365 and backups. Each alert is triaged, then fixed or escalated to your on-call engineer. 24/7 monitoring needs engineers rostered on overnight and weekend shifts, so tell us the hours you need covered.

Common questions

Do you offer 24/7 monitoring?

Only with engineers rostered across the week. 24/7 monitoring needs overnight and weekend shifts on top of business day and evening cover.

What happens when an alert needs your on-call?

We escalate it straight away with the details from triage. For a P1, our target is a 15-minute response with immediate escalation to your on-call.
